ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

Any of the currently available Cardwell Hill Cellars wines may be ordered electronically or by facsimile, telephone or standard mail. All shipments must be a minimum of three bottles from any mix of current stock or the limited supply of library wines (2006 and earlier vintages ).

To place an order, you must be at least 21 years of age and live in a legally designated state where wines may be shipped. Currently the list of allowable states includes:

Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

A telephone number is required so that the delivery service can confirm that an age-qualified (21 years or older) individual will be available to receive and sign for the delivery. If a verifiable phone number is not provided, the order cannot be shipped. 

As soon as your order is received and verified, you will be contacted as to the total amount due, including any applicable state sales tax and shipping charges.

Upon receipt of payment via check, money order, or VISA or MasterCard authorization, orders are boxed and prepared for shipping. Every attempt is made to schedule shipments early in the week, so as to minimize the possibility of a weekend hold-over delay in delivery.  You will be notified once your wine has been shipped.
